Overcoming stress in children Part II

The negative impact of stress in children so seriously. If we as parents do not immediately take steps to prevent, mitigate and prepare well-trained children's ability to deal with stress, the stress can alter and grabbed the beauty of childhood. This can influence the ability and success in socializing with his friends and the environment, reduce power performance (in school), and difficulties in developing their talents and interests as one important factor in its development process and personality.
A study showed that the negative effects of stress is more common in children aged under 10 years who has a difficult temperament and children born prematurely. Thus, the age of the children are very susceptible to stress, so that new things that could potentially stressful experiences a negative impact on them.


How do we overcome this? To help cope with stress in children, proper control strategies are needed from adults, especially parents and family. This certainly should be based on age and developmental level. Therefore, we need to consider strategies or measures will we do with children's ability to understand the situation they were experiencing. Experts said children that there are many ways that can be done to prevent and reduce stress in children. These methods originated from the level of prevention, learning and exercise control, to the reduction of stress in children.
